Roxi Residences

Roxi Residence is a hybrid hotel concept and part of the public B-REIT Xior Student Housing NV. The first residence was opened in Zaventem in 2019, and a second opened its doors in Ghent in 2020. The completely renovated residences have studios with a fully equipped kitchen, TV, and dining area. The studios are rented out for both short and long term, guests can enjoy hotel services like daily housekeeping and linen service. The residences are semi-automated, with a reception during the day.
