Stanphil & Fibo is a family company of expertise and survey real estate professionals, specialized in property surveys and valuations. This expertise and survey office has been in existence for 3 generations of the Courtens family. In 1955, Stanislas Courtens, architect and real estate expert, created an office of expertises in Brussels. In 1980 his son Philippe Courtens started working with him and together they created the Office of Expertise and Survey STANPHIL s.a. in 1992. Today, Philippe is joined by his children Thomas and Marjorie. Their daily objectives are to reinforce competences, the reputation, the service and the qualitative recognition of the missions which are entrusted to them. They working in a spirit of independence, deontology and services to the customer.
