Our March Member Meeting takes place on Tuesday 28th March at the International School of Belgium in Kontich.
Elizabeth Kelly of Cross Cultural Consulting is our keynote speaker and aims to help you manage the expectations of your new arrivals.
Having realistic expectations is help people make a smooth transition into new place. As the people who are on the frontlines of assisting people relocate, you are in a prime position to provide guidance. Managing client expectations becomes a lot easier when you understand why we (and they) do things the way we do.
People can only ask questions if they realize something is different, however, first time expats in particular may not know what they don’t know. During this session Elizabeth not only talks about how different countries foster different expectations, she also shares some insights about Belgium that you might not yet have considered. The goal is to expand your knowledge and help you help others.
