Remain Relevant in a World Driven by AI – AGM & Member Meeting

7 core needs & the top 10 professional skills for 2020

In this keynote talk, life coach Michael Dale explores the 7 core human needs and how they drive our actions.  Understanding these core needs can not only help you understand yourself better, but your clients and colleagues too.  They are also invaluable in developing the top 10 professional skills for 2020 according to the World Economic Forum and will help you remain relevant in a world driven by AI and other disruptors.   Michael was the keynote speaker at EuRA’s Cape Town Conference in 2016 and we are excited to welcome him at our AGM.
